A Chicago woman has been charged in the brutal killing of her landlord, who was found dismembered in a freezer, after she was served with an eviction notice, authorities said.
Sandra Kolalou, 36, is charged with first-degree murder and concealment of a homicide in the death of 69-year-old Frances Walker.
The other tenants said they were afraid of Kolalou.
She allegedly asked the tow truck driver to take her to Foster Beach where her car was so it could be towed, police said. The tenants were concerned about the driver's safety, so they exchanged numbers.
I'm a landlord and let me tell you evicting this women was prob a major PITA for the owner due to laws only helping tenants and when I say tenants I mean shitty ones.
I bet more than anything the good tenants around this POS wanted her out as bad as the landlord but her hands were tied from the city protecting trash people over good ones.
The main reason they force us to keep bad tenants is because now WE become their sitters vs the system. Enough. If we have a dangerous or vulgar tenants who is making the lives of other tenants around them miserable we should be able to get a signed petition for instant eviction, no questions asked. This woman would still be alive, instead were stuck with her killer.
