Silicon Valley is building a Chinese-style social credit system
So Im sure if a famous person starts a fight with someone at a bar, or destroys an air BNB, or maybe assaults an uber driver verbally they will be held to the same standards as Joe Blow who does it. Im also sure no one is ever banned due to conflicting beliefs that are seen on social media.
Im honestly not even sure why anyone uses their real identity on social media.... like ever. Or really just ever bothers to have one.
To me thought this goes right back to competition. Lets seem some competing airbnb and uber style services that dont work off the same biased reporting/banning policies start popping up.
heres some stats on the social credit score China has, that Im SURE a lot of liberals would love to see here!
