God the hill is shit. He's not saying he stupid, he's saying maybe he's not a great debater. He may not be a great conman speaker like a suit wearing tent preacher might be but he's going to do his best and be honest. Something a tent preacher won't be.
You don't have to be a smart man to say smart things and you don't have to say smart things to do good things or the right things. You CAN however sound intelligent and be full of lies.
