House panel sues Treasury, IRS over Trump's tax returns

So Mueller went no where and they roll all the way back to this? HA HA HA HA HA, good luck! There's no law that says he has to turn them over and he's not being investigated or openly audited (Though he says he is but DEMS say hes not lol) so he can tuck them right into his mattress.

Liberals have REALLY gotten fuck all retarded.

Edit 8/15/2019 - I should have stated no law that he much turn them over for no reason or purpose.

Heres a good article to explain it

https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/why-the-irs-is-legally-required-to-give-congress-trumps-tax-returns-but-probably-wont

"Nonetheless, there are some limits to Congress’ power to request tax returns. For starters, it must fit within the committee’s jurisdiction, which is likely why Neal chose to express the committee’s legislative interest so narrowly.

It must also comply with all other relevant U.S. laws, including the Constitution, which would prohibit unreasonable searches and prevent discrimination on the basis of race or other suspect category. While there’s always the possibility of harm, these limits should protect individual Americans from grievous abuses of power while ensuring lawmakers can exercise appropriate oversight."
